Google the new Audi A8

The new Audi A8 is due to make it’s debut in 2010 displaying some of the great advancements that Audi have made in automotive technology and green efficiency technology. The new A8 will have a Google linked map system that will encapsulate elements from Google Maps including view from above satellite images and free text searches allowing you to find specific locations and points of interest not just petrol stations and car parks but butchers, bakers, florists and the such like.

The new DVD navigation plus system found in the Audi A8 will include an MMI touch screen as well as hard disk space for map storage as well as audio and telephone information.

The advancement was first demonstrated in 2006 and finally makes it’s way into an Audi for 2010’s launch.
